Boðanesheimið

Residential care home for 64 residents.

ArtiCon was the main contractor for the construction of the new residential care home: Boðanesheimið. The project proposal was designed and planned in co-operation with Albert Isfeld, Gudmund Hansen and Selmar Nielsen, architects, LBF, Martin E. Leo and SMJ.

Boðanesheimið is the first large building in Faroe Islands, which is heated using ocean heat pumps.
